KRISTY DE LA VEGA manages operations for Cascadia and maintains key account relationships and back office operations for selected Cascadia clients. She ensures that client operations and logistics are robust and best practice-driven – to foster efficient, productive retail relationships. In that context Kristy organizes and maintains secure portals that enable easy access to market data, client presentations, marketing materials, company reports and internal documents.
Kristy earlier served as Office Manager for a leading property preservation and maintenance company. She was responsible for daily operational management of 3-5 company service crews, served as point of contact for company agents, handled client accounts, managed payroll, organized bank deposits, oversaw purchasing and managed schedules for 15 people. Additionally, she conducted employment interviews, employee performance evaluations, QuickBooks account reconciliations, handled estimates and invoicing, and served as point of contact for outside contractors and resources.
